OUR BEGINNING
Triple Physique (@TriplePhysique on Instagram) is where our passion for videography truly began. It started as an Instagram page focused on sports, fitness, and motivational content and has since grown to a platform with a significant following, currently reaching 20,000 followers. Through Triple Physique, we honed our skills in storytelling, creating engaging and cinematic videos that captured the intensity and dedication of the fitness journey. The work we’ve done here has not only strengthened our technical expertise but also taught us how to create visual narratives that resonate with audiences on a personal level. Being ambassadors for Optimum Nutrition has also given us valuable experience in collaborating with brands and producing professional, results-driven content. Triple Physique ultimately became the foundation and inspiration behind Apergee Productions, as it gave us firsthand experience in building and connecting with an audience through impactful video.
